No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the Kansas City metropolitan area (Missouri or Kansas side) who are 18 years or older at time of entry and whose residence falls within the Sponsor's service area. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Entry Period
Entries are accepted from [START DATE/TIME] to [END DATE/TIME] Central Time. Entries received outside this window will not be counted.
How to Enter
To enter, during the entry period: (a) like this post, (b) follow 816 Clean Co., and (c) tag three separate real people in the comments. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries, fake or secondary accounts, bots, and automated entries are void. Tagging businesses, brands, or non-personal accounts does not count.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on [DRAW DATE]. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Notification and Claim
The winner will be announced in this thread and contacted by direct message. The winner must respond and confirm eligibility within 72 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within that time, provides false information, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
Prize
The prize is one (1) standard residential cleaning provided by 816 Clean Co., with an approximate retail value of [DOLLAR AMOUNT, suggest keeping under $600]. The prize covers a standard clean only. It does not include add-on services (such as oven, interior cabinets, carpet or upholstery cleaning, windows, or wall washing), move-out or post-construction cleans, or commercial properties, unless the Sponsor states otherwise in writing. The prize is awarded for one visit at a single residential address within the service area.
Prize Conditions and Redemption
The prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted, and has no cash value. The prize must be scheduled and redeemed within [30/60] days of the winner being confirmed, subject to availability, and expires after that period. The winner (or an authorized adult) must be present or provide approved access to the property, and the home must have working water and power. The Sponsor reserves the right to assess the property in advance and to decline or reschedule service in homes presenting unsafe, hazardous, biohazard, hoarding, pest, or otherwise unsanitary conditions, in which case the prize may be forfeited without substitution.
Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the prize. If the prize value requires it, the Sponsor may request a completed tax form before awarding the prize.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees the Sponsor may use the winner's first name and city, and before and after photos of the cleaned areas (excluding any personal or identifying details the winner asks to withhold), for marketing purposes, without additional compensation. A winner who does not consent to photos may say so and still receive the prize.
Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance, use, or redemption of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Conduct and Disqualification
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a way that is abusive or in bad faith.
Modification or Cancellation
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time if it cannot be run as planned, including due to fraud, technical failure, or any cause outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.
Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn (or any other platform on which it appears). Entrants release these platforms from any liability related to this giveaway.
Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Agreement
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
