Service Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every clean we deliver. If you are not satisfied with any area of your service, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. Re-clean requests made after 24 hours cannot be honored.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Access to Your Home

Clients are responsible for providing safe and clear access to all areas to be cleaned on the day of service. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and the full service amount will be charged.

Valuables & Fragile Items

Clients are responsible for securing or storing away all irreplaceable items, cash, jewelry, and fragile belongings prior to their appointment. 816 Clean Co. and its contractors will exercise reasonable care while cleaning but will not be held liable for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed prior to service.

Pre-Existing Damage

816 Clean Co. is not responsible for damage that exists prior to our arrival. We encourage all clients to note and communicate any pre-existing damage before service begins. Our team may photograph areas of concern upon arrival to document pre-existing conditions.

Damage Claims

In the rare event that damage occurs during your service that is directly caused by our team, please notify us in writing within 24 hours at info@816clean.com. We will review all claims in good faith and work toward a reasonable resolution. 816 Clean Co. reserves the right to request photo documentation of any claimed damage.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major forms of payment. Returned payments or chargebacks will be subject to a $35 processing fee. Accounts with outstanding balances will not be scheduled for future service until the balance is resolved.

Right to Refuse Service

816 Clean Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any property that poses a safety risk to our team, including but not limited to extreme clutter, presence of pests, biohazard conditions, or hostile or threatening behavior.

Independent Contractors

Cleaning services provided by 816 Clean Co. are performed by independent contractors. All contractors are vetted and held to our quality standards.
